We loved our tour of the Arc de Triomphe. The views from the top are amazing and give an excellent sense of the layout of this beautiful city. Highly recommended.
Great view from the top. The streets leading away from the Arc, especially the axis from the Grand Arche in La Defense via the Arc de Triumphe to the Louvre, looked great. However, the climb of almost 300 steps is not for the unathletic. The thing is really high. But it also looks very impressive from below.

Our guide was fun and incredibly helpful. We enjoyed the Arc scenery and it wasn't too busy. The Tower was far too crowded; the experience left a lot to be desired. We are glad we hadn't purchased an experience ticket including champagne for the summit - it was overcrowded and took almost an hour to get from the summit to the top floor. The Arc de Triomphe offers a superb view of Paris. However, as it was the Olympic Games, we had flags with us which we had to leave at the entrance. It's a pity that when we came back, the reception was closing and only gave us back half of what we'd had at the start!

River cruise was a very nice experience (there was a snow storm that day and it was great to be under a roof and still enjoy the views around you). Our Eiffel Tower tour was rescheduled because of the weather conditions and the tower was closed that day. The customer service was really compliant and responsive and they rescheduled the tour really quickly. The instructions to the meeting points were clear and our guide in Eiffel was super friendly and helpful. Really recommend!!
The indications to enter the museum of the invaded incorrect, I had to go around the whole area, also I had selected another date for the louvre museum, but they assigned it to me for the same day and same time of the tour that n the river signs. The costs in relation to what it cost on site were 30% higher.

The whole experience was amazing. The fact we could use the tickets up to a month was a really good option. The cruise was smooth and informative. Thank you
Everything is very good, the tour is worth it and the price is affordable. The first tour in the morning is emptier than the ones in the afternoon, you can get on and have more space. It would be better if there were previous indications of which point to board but arriving at the area they inform you.

There didn't seem to be enough seats for everyone on board. The noise people made every time we passed under a bridge was extremely annoying and off putting. It ruined the experience of a pleasant cruise on the Seine. Ignore the second box, had to tick something else to continue.

the tickets made it easy for us to get in, but the 15 euro charge for parking at the chateau de versaille is huge, almost as much as the visit.

The art was amazing, but we had trouble getting out of the building at the end. Huge crowds, unclear signage, couldn't exit where we entered. I understand the Museum closed one exit during the Olympics, but it made our departure longer and farther from bus stop. In addition it felt odd to transit through a commercial area.
Too much waiting for a very expensive ticket. You can't call it a "thread-cutter". The headout app is unusable. I've never been able to find my tickets.

Loved seeing The Mona Lisa, as well as many other famous works of art. Going early was key, as it was very crowded in the afternoon.
Buying tickets was very easy...no problem at all. The bus trip was very interesting, very worthwhile...5 stars. The only disadvantage of the visit to the Eiffel Tower was that the guide spoke English throughout.

Point on a map in the application is showing wron position for the museum entrance. It shows totally different building, the hotel, located in 2 subway stops from the correct enter. Howewer, in mail position is correct. Because of this we lost 1 hour of day - just by following a map position from the app
We particularly liked the fact that the buses stopped at the bus stops every 10 minutes, that there were headphones to listen to the history of the sights and that you could also choose German as the language,

Visiting Mona Lisa!!! When growing up. I only knew and read about it from pictures and books. But when i saw the painting for the first time... Im Beyond Fascinated..!!!
Even if we bought skip the line tickets, we still had to wait a long line until we entered in the Louvre museum. On the contrary we entered immediately when we arrived in the Museum of Orsay. Both wonderful museums and should not be missed
The museum was great and the audio-guide works. But the fact that I have to go to the Head out app to get my tickets was a hassle. It wasn't sent in the email, said my ticket is in the app so I needed to install the app (I have no more phone memory and poor internet data.) We were almost denied entry because I do not have an internet roaming and the ticket is in the app, unlike other ticketing online that sends pdf file on the email confirmation with my free internet. We went out of the museum to get better data coverage in order to install the app and get my tickets 😆
I should have downloaded the audio guide before arriving at the venue. This was written in your description, but I neglected doing it, and then arrived at the venue expecting to do it, and I couldn't bc the service was bad outside the venue, and I realized I needed to research the areas I wanted to tour BEFORE I got to the venue so I could download them. The QR code and email I received with purchase said no where on it that I was going to receive a WHATSAPP message to click through to receive my actual PDF ticket. So while in line I had to call customer service and he directed me to the WhatsApp message where I downloaded the PDF (which took a LONG time since the service in the line was so bad -- likely due to the huge crowds) There didn't seem to be any benefit to skipping the line with my purchased ticket. Maybe that wasn't part of my purchase? But I had to stand with hundreds of other people who also had a 1pm scheduled visit.
The waiting time was shortened to about 30 min, so bcp more pleasant and we had more time for the visit. To do again, because the Louvre is very large and we saw only a part. The tickets were sent by WhatsApp, it took me a while to understand the procedure, I was expecting to find them on the app directly.

It was a beautiful day on the top deck enjoying the views and the sunshine! Ticketing was easy online and converting it to a paper voucher!
The ticket was for 12:30 p.m.; you should inform us in advance that many other visitors have also booked for this time and that there will therefore be long waiting times at the entrance.

Super interesting, useful for general education, some of the tricks are simply indescribably beautiful. I can only recommend it.

We so enjoyed the Louvre, and would advise people to get the audio guide. (The tickets make it sound like the guide is somehow included, and there was some downloading process on our phones we couldn't make work). Instead use the museum's Nintendo device you rent and find the option that locates you and click on objects in the room.
The museum it's self is such an amazing and beautiful building, you are blown away before you get inside. Once you get through the epic que, grab a map (there is one available in every language), then make a plan of what you want to see. The Mona Lisa is a must! Great cafes on site, as well ad shopping opportunities in the gift shops and further shops underneath the museum.
The codes did not work to download audio guide. Frustrating. As I got ticket to me one day in advance I was unable to resolve with Headout prior to entering the Louvre. We were in the middle of our trip to Paris and I did not want to deal with this sort of issue. I try to plan ahead so as not to have this problem.
It is highly recommended to book your time slot early enough to be sure that you can enter the museum at the desired time. The entrance to the museum itself is very well organized, so that I was at the museum at 11:30 am, as booked.

Having a timed entry we still had to wait 30 minutes for the cue line. It was worth it though. We spent 5 hrs without a guide and saw everything we wanted to see ay our own pace. Superb!
The pick up venue was a huge problem yesterday as 5 was moved due to arc de triomp was closed. Had to walk all the way to 6 .shld of been notified on the site saying another was in place. Seeing that we don't know Paris at all
Beautiful experience... huge the museum lacked time but with everything that I saw... I was amazed... quick access, everything was impeccable.

We had 3 hours until we had to leave for the airport and the round trip fitted the bill. Approximately 2 1/4 hours of great views and information
There was no direction that we had to be scanned for every gallery. Also, finding the way out ... the ACTUAL way out, not just another galley or shop should really be clearer than a staff member saying "just over there" and pointing. Yes, England is just over there, too but you just pointed me to another gallery.
I would have liked to understand what they meant by optional audiology. We didn't ask for it when we arrived at the museum and I didn't know if it was included in the ticket we paid or not. Lack of clarity for my taste. Thank you

Since 11 November 1920, the Arc de Triomphe has housed the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. After deciding against honoring an anonymous soldier chosen at random in the Pantheon, the Chamber of Deputies voted unanimously for the burial of the Unknown Soldier at the Arc de Triomphe. 2 years after the burial, the idea of a Flame of Remembrance was met with enthusiastic approval which has never been extinguished since 1923.
The names of 158 battles fought by the French First Republic and the First French Empire are engraved on the attic and the inner facades under the grand arches. The names of 660 military leaders who served in the French Revolution Wars and the Napoleonic Wars are inscribed on the inner faces of the small arches. These inscriptions serve as a memorial to the many who lost their lives serving the country.
The Arc de Triomphe houses a small museum dedicated to the history and significance of the monument, located just below the observation deck. The museum displays historical exhibits, including artifacts, photographs, drawings, models of the arch, and information about the wards and the soldiers who lost their lives during the French Revolutionary and Napoleonic Wars.
Created between 1833 and 1836, each of the pillars is adorned by different sculpted groups. The Departure of the Volunteers by François Rude illustrates the conscription of 1792 when 200,000 men organized defense against foreign armies aligned against the revolutionaries; Napoleon's Triumph by Jean-Pierre Cortot signifies the expansion of the Napoleonic Empire in 1810; The Resistance by Antoine Etex symbolizes the nation's resistance to invasion in 1814; and The Peace by Antoine Etex constitutes the return of peace to France after the Treaty of Paris of 1815.
Last entry: The last access to the monument is 45 minutes before closing time.
Closed: January 1st, May 1st, May 8 (morning), July 14 (morning), November 11 (morning), and December 25.
Best time to visit: The best time to visit Arc de Triomphe is during early mornings or before closing at night. The best time of the year to visit is during the off-season, from September to December and February to May.
